Scheduling Appointments

Our office appreciates your promptness in arriving for your child’s dental visit. We reserve a specific time for your child according to their dental needs and level of cooperation. We request that younger, pre-school age children (age 5 and under) are scheduled early in the day when they are more rested, alert and receptive to treatment. School age children with extensive dental treatment needs should also be seen in the morning for the same reason. You can view and print our New Patient Forms here

Please be aware that after school appointment times are in high demand and therefore will always have limited availability. It will be necessary for your child to miss part of their school day for their dental appointment at some point. Dental appointments are excused absences from school and we will gladly provide a school excuse for your child.

We value your time and will do our best to remain on schedule throughout the day. We do ask that you please remember that some patients may require more patience and emergencies can throw off our schedule. We ask for your patience and that you please keep in mind that your child may be the next one needing our extra attention.

As a courtesy, our automated system will send appointment notifications and text reminders that allow you to confirm or cancel an appointment and we ask that we use that system. Missed appointments or short term cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will result in a $50 fee because they are costly to us and unfair to other patients who are in need of appointments. Please see our Financial Policy for important information relating to missed appointments and associated fees. Repeated missed appointments of any kind will result in dismissal from our practice.
